Released in a deluxe silver silkscreen on black cardboard sleeve, includes hand-numbered black cardboard insert (15x10,5 cm) silkscreened on both sides, replica of the American poster of 'Four Flies on Grey Velvet' (28x20 cm) and a photo (13x10 cm). Also included is a small printed paper insert with label logo and number of copy.
