Frédéric Acquaviva (born France January 20, 1967) is an autodidact experimental composer and avant-garde sound artist living between Paris, Berlin and London. Acquaviva creates chronopolyphonic installations and records (published by Al Dante, B@£...) and played in art galleries (White Box Gallery, Galeria Peccolo, Incognito, Lara Vincy, Archives and others), in museums (ZKM, Moderna Museet Stockholm, Palais de Tokyo, Centre Pompidou, Neues Museum Weserburg, ROH, Tate Modern, La Fenice...) or in underground venues such as Experimental Intermedia (NY), Deep Listening (NY), XP (Beijing), Les Voûtes, le Donjon de Maîtresse Cindy... He has also orchestrated or recorded the symphonies of the lettrists Isidore Isou, Gabriel Pomerand and Maurice Lemaître. He runs since 2014, along with english mezzo-soprano Loré Lixenberg, the artist space "La Plaque Tournante" which was awarded one of the best artist space in 2017 by the Senate of Berlin and launched the magazine "CRU" in May 2015 at Tate Modern, London.
