German initial release without Label Code (LC). There is a very similar but later release. The differences are at least: Has LC and print credits on sleeve. "Made in Germany" on labels. Seal with critics' award printed on the front sleeve. 12'' x 12'' sheet with sleeve notes in German, English, French and Italian enclosed.
