Framework were a short-lived neo-prog band from UK, who released their only album ''Picture Glass Theatre'' on the bands own label in 1992. After this release the band sacked the vocalists to recruit new vocalist Ade Peddie; they played the Prog festival in Stoke on Trent 1992 with Grace (31), Pendragon and Galahad and 6 months later Mark Price (6) (keyboards) left to join Grace (31) and Final Conflict (4). Framework never recovered and split in 1994 with an unreleased second album in the studio. Moving on to 2006 the band has reformed with Ade and Mark but because of legal reasons they could not use the name Framework; the new name is High Spy, which includes three members from the Framework days. The original line-up consisted of Mark Price (keyboards), Bob Bailey (guitars), Bob E. Harvey (bass), Steve Jones (lead vocals), and Arny Wheatley (drums).
