Manufactured by Reel Time Recorders, Site 84, Compartment 2, R.R. 1, Bedford, Nova Scotia, B4A 2W9. From the liner notes: "Fran Doyle the pride of Stillorgan, County Dublin, set off, like so many of his countrymen, for North America in search of good times, adventure, a lovely lady and millions of dollars. After a tempestuous Atlantic crossing, his heart foundered on a redhead near Point Pleasant Park in Halifax. That's when his good time and adventure really began. He is still working on the million dollars. "Fran has entertained thousands of people throughout the Maritimes with his melodious folk songs and Dublin humor. Some of his performances have even taken place in pubs. On this album Fran demonstrates his considerable talents as a singer and guitarist. The listener is treated to a bouquet of songs from Atlantic Canada and Ireland - a perfect way to say "hello friend."
