Francesco Fieravino (c. 1610–1670) was a Maltese painter in the baroque style, known for his still lifes and painted tapestries. He was, and remains, popularly known as "il Maltese", after the place of his birth. His pictures represent objects faithfully, by a large and vigorous handling. The colouration of his work is bold and striking and he excelled in rendering drapery. He also painted carpets and musical instruments. His paintings can be found in Ajaccio, Munich, London and Malta.
