This is the limited edition deluxe version of this release, in an edition of only 50 copies. It comes housed in a custom made, lidded, bamboo IPad case. The front and inside of each case is collaged with vintage industrial paper ephemera, medical and x-ray diagrams and children’s books cut-outs. Embedded in polyurethane within each box is an assortment of decaying detritus…rusting metal bits and gears, clock parts, a tiny vial of liquid mercury, and other organic material. The factory pressed disc comes in a hand stamped black, linen sleeve lined envelope that is hinged to the inside cover of the case. The surface of each interior is protected with a page from a vintage book on clocks. Each case is then neatly contained with an attached elastic band. The first 40 cases sold were in black…the last ten were red.
