A.k.a. Juan Guevara Francisco Leyth Navarro

Born in Concepción, Junín, Peru on October 4, 1942 Died in Huancayo, Junín, Peru on February 07, 2004 Panchito Leytth formed the orchestra "Los Duendes del Mantaro", after which he joined Salvador Añañoa, Miguel Sarmiento and Jesús Loayza to form the "Escuela Folklorica del Centro" that would be the beginning of "Estudiantina Perú" Which later Jorge Anaya, Victor Manrique, Armando Carrasco and Juan Gamonal Carrasco would join. In a following stage, Panchito Leytth planned the structure of what would be the new facet of "Estudiantina Peru" with Jorge Anaya who became the base of the instrumentation, obtaining his musical identity with Sabino García, Abel Bauer, Orlando Sauñe And Nicolás Antialón. Thanks to the work and commitment of the members of "Estudiantina Perú" they successfully made an artistic tour in Paterson and New York.
