Frank Bissel former keyboardist with Philadelphia psychedelic rock band Surprize (3). Along with band leader Pete Accardi, Frank decided to leave the band and go to Bible College in order to become a Preachers. Both now serve the Lord at the Elkdale Baptist Church, West Clifford, Pennsylvania. Peter Accardi is thechurch Evangelist and Frank serves as the Pastor of the church.
