Who wrote "The Testimony of Patience Kershaw" in 1969 based on testimony given to the Royal Commission into the Employment of Children at the Mines by Patience Kershaw of Halifax, aged 17 (who had been working in the mines for more than 6 years at that time). The song has been covered by Ian Campbell Folk Group and The Unthanks.
