Frank Kraaijeveld is born on januari 6th of 1945 in Santpoord-Noord, The Netherlands. Frank is a Dutch guitar and bass player, mainly known as bassplayer and singer for The Bintangs. He started that band in 1961 with a group of Indonesian guys and his brother Arti Kraaijeveld as an Indo-rock band. They switched over to blues early in the 60's. He was also the singer and bassplayer for Kraaijeveld, a short lived group also with Arti. He played in bands as Binberg and the Frank Kraaijeveld band. Besides musician he is a painter and art director.
