A.k.a. Francisco Matagolai Pangelinan

22 September 1954 - 4 December 2008 Self taught singer and songwriter from Saipan also known as "Bokonggo". In a career that spanned over 30 years, recorded over 35 albums and opened his own recording studio in 1991. Pangelinan also produced for numerous other Chamorro artists. He moved to Guam in 1981 to pursue a musical career and was popular in both Guam and the North Mariana Islands. He was Frank Pangelinan's father.
