US expert on UFOs. He allegedly met an alien 'Valiant Thor' from Venus. Born in New York and educated in Brooklyn, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and California. He held degrees in Theology, Psychology and Criminology. He was Founder and President of the National Investigations Committee on UFOs and President of International Evangelical Crusades. Died in 2008.
