Album UK on FLIAS Production label
Pop (Vocal)
Catalogue Numbers: "F.L.6" on the sleeve, "FL 6" on the labels. © 1954/55 "During the mid 1950's, Frankie Lane filmed a series of shows for American television. Unfortunately for European fans, these fine programmes were only shown in the Scottish television area, so the rest of us never got to see Frank in action on our T.V.screens. However, thanks to Dave Williams, we can at least listen to some of these shows on the enclosed album. Obviously, the sound is not up to studio quality, but I am sure the listener will agree thet Dave has done a magnificent job in transferring these rare and unusual performances to disc."
