François (French) Dunkler ( The Hague , May 19, 1840 - there, February 27, 1866 ) was a Dutch composer and conductor . Not much is known about French Dunkler (III). He grew up within the family of François Dunkler jr. And Christina Wilhelmi. He became, like Dunkler jr. And grandfather François Dunkler sr. Music director, and composed at least two marches, the festival march "Mutus fides" and the Zangersfeestmars . Only a piano version of both works is known. For some time he was a staff musician with the orchestra of the regiment of grenadiers and hunters.
