Label has F 1021 above SIDE 1 right of spindle hole, Vocal & Guitar left of spindle hole (149) bottom of label; Top 25% of label is Black with Red guitar with black Arhoolie logo lettering; Bottom 75% is red with black lettering ARHOOLIE F-1021-A 149 in run-out. Side-2 is a different layout. Top half of label is black with a big red guitar outline, black interior, with Arhoolie logo printing in red. Beneath guitar neck is a small red box with F1021 in black. Below spindle hole is all red background with GUITAR & VOCAL left of spindle hole, SIDE 2 right of spindle hole. (150) is at bottom. ARHOOLIE F-1021-B 150 is in run-out. Glued on cover sheet covered all of front and 80% of back, leaving 20% black. There are no Arhoolie promo or coupon or catalogue mentions on the back, and the address says "Produced by ARHOOLIE RECORDS BOX 5073 BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA"
