Drum & Bass producer and DJ from Exeter, Britain (UK) Fred V discovered drum'n'bass after receiving a set of turntables on his 15th birthday. He had already been messing around with various bits of software so it was natural he would start putting together his brand of incredible sounding beats. Influenced by the likes of all the main liquid producers, Logistics in particular, and also being deeply into soundtrack music such as Cliff Martinez's soundtrack for 'Solaris', it is no wonder Fred V's tunes are filled with perfect blend of crisp sounds and melancholy vibes. He tries to be as open minded as possible and listens to as many different kinds of music as he can, which is the reason why he like drum'n'bass so much. Its where he can combine all of his many different influences and truly express himself musically.
