Freedom Group is a band of musicians and singers who have been active in Malaysia in the late 80s and early 90s. They sang in Malay. The original group consisted of Corrine Kennedy with four other musicians, Abdul Ghani Karim (guitarist), Mohd Nor Shahriman (bass), Richard Gomis (keyboard) and Shuib Shaari (leader / drum) starting their first show at Plaza Inn, Melaka. After vocalist, Corrine Kennedy left the group, Seha joined them. With Seha's participation as a new member, Freedom started their first gig at Plaza Inn, Melaka. While playing at Piccadilly, Damansara Jaya, Fauzi Marzuki offered them a recording contract and the debut album, Mulanya Di Sini. The song Mulanya Di Sini, made Seha famous Later Seha separated from Freedom and started her solo career.
