Box 2576 El Segundo, CA 90245" The recorded side of the vinyl has a sloppy cut white label that reads "FRESH AMERICAN LAMB Swallow It Whole (2:22) Published by Sawed Off Music" Etched into the runout groove is "SUCK 3 THERE ARE 125 COPIES OF THIS RECORD. THIS IS # L-40219
