Currently signed to Wasp-Factory Recordings, Freudstein draw inspiration from classic 1970's Italian horror film soundtracks. Their sound is as diverse as their influences which also include Goblin, Depeche Mode, Slayer, Isao Tomita, Boards Of Canada and other modern electronic artists. Since releasing their debut album ‘Mondo Freudo’, the band have been lost in the depths of their laboratory completing their follow-up, 'Mass Market Misery'. This recently released album is a harder, darker, more personal affair that will surely cement their reputation as one of the most exciting and talented bands around today.
