First press: 150 on clear with white/gold/black splatter, 350 on white vinyl with black/gold splatter (this). Comes in fold-over cover with lyrics on the inside. Pulling Teeth tracks were later re-recorded for 'Martyr Immortal' album however these early versions were recorded with the 'Vicious Skin' lineup and exclusively feature guest guitar solos by Aaron Melnick (Integrity)
