Frolic, formed in Columbus, Ohio in 1995, produces some of the most ethereal and highly atmospheric music available. Be prepared for highly layered and spacial atmospheres that wash about like icy mountain waters, and light textures mingled with crystalline guitars. The vocals are distant and echo madly from the heavenly heights of the ethereal. The drowsy waves of Frolic lends itself for quiet listening, perhaps curled up with a nice book and cup of tea while settled into the coziest of pajamas.
