From The Fire is a semi-acoustic Gothic Rock/Folk band from Torino, Italy. From The Fire is not exactly a “band”, but a musical project born in an unspecified moment between 2010 and 2011. The idea grows in the head of Michele Piccolo, former singer and guitar player from Ordeal By Fire (2003 / 2012), Burning Gates(1995 / 2001) and Sisters Zaus (1987 / 1993), which chose his friend Fabrizio Busso (folk guitarist and composer) as fellow travellers for this journey. The project consist in a semi-acoustic revisiting of more than two decades of music. Creating new arrangements for pure Gothic-Rock songs, trying to keep the spark and the fire that created them alive. A new point of view, a closer gaze for those songs, written and composed by Michele Piccolo between 1987 and 2008, for all his former bands.
