The cover is a generic white LP jacket with the artwork pasted on. All copies also come with a poster insert. Some copies have the Fucked Up sigil stamped on the label and the plain inner sleeve while other copies don't. Depending on exactly where you place the needle to start playing the A-side, it could play either of two intro tracks, as there are two sets of grooves running parallel. Both segue directly into the title track. This is the "hidden track" that is commonly referred to.
