Layng Martine (also known as Layng Martine III) is the son of Layng Martine Jr. [writer of the 1974 hit Rub It In], and brother of musician/producer Tucker Martine. A long-time assistant engineer and tape editor for Bill Laswell, Layng Martine III has been creating illbient for years under the name Corporal Blossom.
