Dance music background: DJ interests started with Hip-hop in 1984 and progressed into mixing and studio work with the early sampled house scene. Started DJing the Progressive sound seriously in 1996 following a John Digweed Radio 1 Essential Mix. An ever deeper interest has led to DJ gigs in some diverse locations, like Courcheval in France and the Glastonbury Music Festival. Promoting and working with dance music has been a passion for years, having organised events with the biggest names in all genres of dance music, from Drum & Bass to Garage to Progressive House. As a DJ club work has continually increased playing regular spots in London�s best venues and around the UK, as well as more diverse ventures including a DJ mix for the Ministry of Sound internet Radio Station and with an ongoing involvement in a bi-monthly label radio show for �MoS�. Chris has held residencies at Hanover Grand, Imperial Gardens & Sloanes and is often to be found behind the decks at clubs like The Cross, The End, Soundshaft etc. Currently residing at Rhythmicon in Salisbury and for Sumsonic club nights. Upcoming dates include a mini US tour in March/April taking in Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina plus a date at the famous �Kitchen� in Dublin, Ireland. The rest of the year sees dates around the UK plus more tour work in the US, Australia and the Far East. Recording experience: �Crusha� - �Shadowland� released independently on Furioso in 1998 was Chris� first vinyl project. Since then Claiming influence from Old School Electro and Hip-Hop, Jean-Michel-Jarre, Way Out West, Sasha & the Bedrock sound Chris has recently begun recording alongside his Sumsonic partners. Various recording ventures and collaborations are currently under way working in a diversity of styles ranging from Eclectic, chilled-out music to Deep, Tech and Progressive House recording under various guises.
