Tracks 4 - 6: recorded at BBC Maida Vale studio 5 in March 1991, broadcast on Friday Rock Show, BBC Radio One, on 26 April 1991 and on 20 September 1991. Track 7: recorded at the Herringthorpe Leisure Centre, Rotherham, South Yorkshire on Saturday 22 April 1995. Track 8 (cover of Twelfth Night song): originally released on Mannerisms - A Celebration Of The Music Of Geoff Mann. Track 9 (cover of Camel song): originally released on Harbour Of Joy - A Tribute To Camel. Track 10 (cover of Genesis song): originally released on The River Of Constant Change - A Tribute To Genesis.
