Ganbara Txiki Abesbatza was born in 2004 to cover the existing void of a children's choir in the city of Oñate (Guipuzcoa, Spain). Under the umbrella of Oñatiko Ganbara Abesbatza, the idea was to find a place where people could put their love of music to use in a group environment. Aitor Biain is the conductor and founding partner of Ganbara Txiki Abesbatza, whose members are 50 youngsters ages 10-16. The pianist for the group is Araceli Guridi.
