Released on a black Columbia label with a booklet containing all four scores. On the label the artist appears as ''Het Gaudeamus Kwartet'' and the titles are translated into Dutch. ''Issued at the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the Foundation Gaudeamus, Bilthoven, Holland.'' Reported as a new release in "News From the Music Capitals of the World: Amsterdam", Billboard magazine, 6 February 1965, p. 22.
