Album UK 2010 on White Box label
Electronic (Experimental, Ambient)
Constructed, edited, processed, mastered & remastered at studio-arkhonia 2001-2010. Track 4: 2001 Tracks 1, 2, 3, 5 & 8: 2002 Track 7: 2007 Track 6: 2008 Track 4 was originally released (in edited form) as a no-label 7" in 2001 under the collective jz-arkh project name. Track sources: Track 1 was formerly a small segment of JS-01 12" by James Zeiter. Tracks 2 & 3 are elongated inversions of parts of "DDRhodes". Track 4 was derived from two short Fender Rhodes samples supplied by James Zeiter. Track 5 was once an intro to an unreleased & long forgotten jz-arkh track. Track 6 uses some picked acoustic guitar chords from Danny Saul's Fylde Acoustic (DS vigorously disputes the source material used). Track 7 is an extended re-edit of an excerpt from a Liondialer (Greg Haines & Danny Saul) live recording, at The Ladybarn Pub in Burnage, Manchester (2007); a more realistic representation appears on "Liondialer - LIVE!" (WHITEBOX 003) as "Ladybarn". Track 8 is a continuation of Tracks 2 & 3, and includes small fragments from the rest of the album. "No keyboards, samplers, synthesizers, instruments or musicians were otherwise directly involved in these recordings; no untreated sounds were utilised except the sailboat adrift upon track 4."
