"As founder members of the Byrds, Gene Clark and Chris Hillman will need no introduction to fans of folk-rock, country-rock or singer-songwriting. In 1982 the legendary singer-guitarists teamed up with Herb Pedersen, Al Perkins and Trey Thompson to form the short-lived Flyte. The two superb sets were broadcast on KPFK-FM at California's best-known country music venue, the Palomino Club, and find them tackling a range of material spanning the Byrds, Dillard & Clark, the Flying Burrito Brothers and their solo careers. It's presented with background notes and images."
