Album NL on A William Broadcasting Production label
Alternative (New Wave, Punk)
This is a live recording of moderate quality. "Thanks to Steve New for some guitars" Label states cat # is CHR 1059, Sleeve states CHS 1059 New Order, Dancing With Myself & Taxi Driver are demo recordings recorded at Pete Townshend's Eel Pie studios in Twickenham, Surrey in 1981 (if memory serves). There were more recordings made including a second take of Taxi Driver, which was basically just done for fun as a piss-take of Public Image. I still have a direct copy of the master tape somewhere which was given to me by a friend who worked on this session. Therefore also proving the release date of this bootleg to be incorrect. The release date would be in the first half of the 80's
