Alex of Steady Bloggin' dug up 99% of the movie/TV/documentary clips from which sounds were extracted because he's otherworldly like that. John Turner Jr. of Auburn, Alabama had a few bad dreams and came up with the front and back covers. Gila of Gorgeous Children wrote some informative shit on the back in a worthy font.
