Edition of 1000 copies. 600 copies were included with the book Ceolfrith 14 which features the work of John Furnival. The title is given as "Ode" on the label of the record as well as the spoken intro and outro, but is referred to as "Ode to Gentle Fire" and "Two Guinea Ode…" in the book. Accompanying the book are many loose sheets including one sheet identified as "'A Two Guinea Ode for the Gentle Fire' including for good measure the 'Ballad of Fearless Fred'."
