Currently album coordinator for Toolroom Records, as well as resident DJ at Toolroom Knights parties. With a DJ career that spans over 15 years, George Andrews’ creative and energetic DJ sets have seen him DJ alongside a host of main room talent, including Laurent Garnier, Mark Knight, Steve Lawler, Luke Slater, Adam Beyer & D.Ramirez. Now a firm fixture as one of Toolroom’s residents and mixing a number of the labels compilations, George is a proven, long established DJ with a style that’s both engaging and versatile. Securing early residencies for Club Class, George has always partnered DJing with studio productions and although only producing for the later half of his career, has seen releases on key labels including Toolroom Records, Saved, Insert Coin, Cubism, Multiply, Hussle & Moody Recordings, alongside his own labels Offset Music & Product Records. DJ support for both releases and labels were widespread with his own labels boasted productions from JT Donaldson, Mark Broom, Fred Everything, Ben Sims, J-Jay & Chris Lum. Heavily involved in Dance Music all his life George worked in Plastic Surgery Records (UK Coolcut Store & South East’s biggest Dance Retailer) in the late 90’s, and has worked in Dance Music distribution and production since, running the Dance Music Department at Pinnacle Records and working with labels including Dust Trax (USA), and now UK House label Toolroom Records.
