Limited to 666 copies George Gakis has been a longstanding figure in the Greek rock music scene. He created 'The Troublemakers' in May 1993, as a five person (melodic) rock group, influenced by groups such as Whitesnake, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Deep Purple, Winger, Scorpions etc. Through his own label G. G. Records, he released three albums: ''Keep on Rock 'n' Rollin'' (1989), ''Pain in my Ass'' (1995), ''Forbidden Paradise'' (2000), music and lyrics by George Gakis. “Too Much Ain’t Never Enough” is George Gakis’ latest album and it has been originally released on February of 2012 by Perris Records USA, throughout the world. Now he gets back in action, with this noteworthy re-release of the same album, in digipak CD format, also featuring a bonus DVD with some of his best hits. Re-release of the hard rock album “Too Much Ain’t Never Enough” (originally released on 2012) by George Gakis. Released in CD format by ROAR! Rock of Angels Records (Bonfire, Outloud, Monument (UK), Redrum, House of Lords, Impellitteri, Royal Hunt, Operation Mindcrime, Fallen Arise, Sorrowful Angels, Phase Reverse) on September 4th, 2015. George Gakis and his band have appeared in more than a 1000 live performances, almost everywhere in Greece, building up an avid audience of fans. Together with the municipality of Ioannina, Greece, G. Gakis has been in charge of the Castle Rock Festival for the last four years, hosting major artists such as: Scorpions, Whitesnake, Deep Purple, Glenn Hughes, Winger, Dokken and British pop band James, among others. In June 2010, George Gakis and his band along with the sixty (60) members Symphonic Orchestra of Thessaloniki gave birth to an amazing creation of classical music. Worth mentioning are the band's support performances in legendary rock group concerts, such as Deep Purple, Whitesnake, Glenn Hughes, Dokken, Winger, Over the Rainbow, Twisted Sister and Uli Jon Roth. In 2010 George Gakis and The Troublemakers opened for Scorpions in their tour of Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Patra and Athens at S.E.F (Peace and Friendship Stadium) in front of over 50.000 people. “Too Much Ain’t Never Enough” features guest performances by world renowned artists such as Joe Lynn Turner (vocals - Rainbow, Yngwie Malmsteen, Hughes Turner Project, solo artist), Bobby Rondinelli (drums - Raimbow, Quiet Riot, Axel Rudi Pell, Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult, Riot, Doro), James Kottak (drums - Scorpions, Kingdome Come, Warrant), Greg Smith (bass - Rainbow, Blue Oyster Cult, Dokken, Vinnie Moore, Ted Nugent, Alan Parsons), Yiannis Spathas (guitar - Socrates Drank The Conium), Mark Cross (drums - Scorpions, Outloud, Tank, Firewind, Kingdom Come, Helloween, Metalium, Ian Gillan). “Too Much Ain’t Never Enough” was produced by George Gakis and Recorded at Mix Studio, Thessaloniki, Greece by Fotis Demertzis. The album’s cover artwork was designed by Gustavo Sazes (Morbid Angel, Arch Enemy, Firewind, Gus G., Outloud, Killson etc).
