Participated at the most important music festivals in the country, and for many years had a close cooperation with composers Virgil Popescu and Zsolt Kerestely. Was married wit Teodora Marta and had 2 sons : Călin (born 1962), Dorin-Mugur (born 1968) Education: 1941- 1952 Highschool "I.L. Caragiale" 1952- 1957 Institute of Civil Engineering, Department of Plant and Equipment, București 1957– 1997 worked as engineer
