Special release by Sundi for Wallace's 1972 Presidential campaign (the label had previously re-issued a country single by Wallace's son, George Wallace Jr.) later that year, Wallace's campaign ended when he was shot five times. The failed assassination attempt inspired Scorsese's Taxi Driver.
