Fricker (conducting), Albert Procter (piano and organ), Leo Smith (music theory), and Healey Willan (music theory). Organist and Choirmaster at Cathedral Church Of St. Mark from September, 1959 - ? Among the notable guest conductors who have appeared with Gerald Bales (at Cathedral Church Of St. Mark) are: Frederick Fennell, Thomas Nee, Leopold Sipe, Russell Stanger .
