German Hofmann was a musician born April 10th, 1942 in Frickenhausen, Germany. The trumpet player studied music at the Würzburg conservatory and founded the "Original Ochsenfurter Blasmusik" brass band in 1968 for the local traditional society. Mr. Hofmann passed away on July 3rd, 2007 due to cancer after withdrawing from the music business three years prior.
