Greek author, born 1936 in Kavala and raised in Thessaloniki, where he graduated from medical school. He has published nine works of fiction, seven books-essays over the Speech, as well as translated plays of Shakespeare, Sophocles, and Euripides. Died February 27, 2000 in Paris.
