Music critic for italian magazines L'Espresso and Il Mattino, He supervised revisions and critical editions about musical compositions in the '700 and '800, musicological essays and monographs about Beethoven, Mozart, Rossini, Cherubini. He is a member of the scientific committee for La Nuova Rivista Musicale Italiana edited from ERI and effective academic of Santa Cecilia and the Filarmonica Romana.
