This CDr came together with the first 50 copies of the album Geert Tracks 1 & 2 recorded live at 22 for the radio program Ludwig Von (Tiel, December 28th 2000). Track 3 recorded live at Extrapool (Nijmegen, October 6th 2001). Tracks 4 & 5 recorded live at De Onderbroek (Nijmegen, November 22nd 2001). Track 6 recorded live at Doornroosje (Nijmegen, May 24th 2001). Track 7 recorded live at De Doos (Arnhem, November 10th 2001). Mascara is the first collection of recordings compiled out of the 'girlfriends DAT-archives'. All these live recordings were made on a portable two track DAT recorder pieces are coming from different sources; some are taken directly from a PA mixer, others are recorded with two microphones.
