Limited to 500 copies. The record was supposed to be released and available during a short tour in September 2017, but pressing took longer than expected. The band therefore sold a special Lazarus lyrics sheet in DIN A4 format and a 14x14cm sticker for the price of the record instead, and sent the actual records by mail a few weeks later. Only copies bought at these concerts have lyrics sheet and sticker.
