UK progressive band. Formed in 1964 as "Satan's Disciples" by Alan Cowderoy and Paul Davis. In 1968 renamed as Gracious or Gracious! Disbanded in ca. 1971 after Lipson's and Kitcat's departure. In these times they recorded 3 albums, including one unreleased in 1968 and one released two years after band's split. Original line-up: Paul Davis - vocals, guitars. Tim Wheatley - bass. Martin Kitcat - keyboards, vocals. Alan Cowderoy - guitar, vocals. Robert Lipson - drums. In 1995 Wheatley and Lipson reunited under the Gracious and year later recorded album "Echo".
