I Graftage prendono forma da un idea di “Batti” Blackheart nell’estate 2011. E’ infatti in quel periodo che Blackheart prende la decisione di trasformare il suo progetto solista, dove accumulava idee troppo personali per essere espresse in altri contesti, in un progetto a due.
