Disc I, #1-5 originally issued as "Nigeria" (Blue Note LT 1032) in 1980. Disc I, #8-10 and Disc II, #1-3 originally issued as "Gooden's Corner" on Japanese Blue Note in 1979. Disc II, #4-8 originally issued as "Oleo" on Japanese Blue Note in 1980. Disc I, #6-7 and Disc II, #9 originally issued on a Mosaic Records collection in 1989.
