Electronic, Rock and Jazz
An experimental outfit formed in 1967 based in the San Francisco Bay Area, USA. Gravity Adjusters Expansion Band involved free jazz musicians and talents from other genres, bridging free jazz and the avant-garde. Their works also featured home made instruments and sound sculptures, some the inventions of multi-media artist Richard Waters. They are popularly compared to other such ensembles of the time like: AMM, MEV, Sonde or Taj Mahal Travellers.
