Dutch rap group from Amsterdam-Zuidoost, the Netherlands founded in 2008. The members of the group are of Antillean descent from Curaçao, having evolved out of the infamous Hopi Boys Street Gang of Amsterdam. Founded by F.I., DjagaDjaga, Xony and Broertje in the Bijlmer neighborhood in Southeast Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, the group released their first mix-tape "EverGreen Mixtape Volume 1" in 2009. That year members of the group started receiving negative press in the country for their involvement in several gun shooting incidents in the Bijlmer. On 30 July 2009 Ossi and F.I. were sentenced to 8 years in jail, with Germaine receiving 6 years and Jay Jay being sentenced to 730 days in Juvenile detention for their involvement in a shootout on 17 February 2009 on a parallel street to Bijlmerdreef in Southeast Amsterdam, where they shot up a Volkswagen Golf, landing 23 bullets in the vehicle. In December 2011 Jay Jay was arrested once more for mistreatment of a person from Rotterdam. He served time again in April 2012 together with Scarface, and in June 2012 Broertje was arrested and sentenced to 9 years in jail for attempted manslaughter, extending his sentence by 6 years. After releasing several mix-tapes and a compilation album, the group released their first full length studio album on 1 July 2011, namely "Green Magic (Flashbacks)". Their follow up was released in 2013 titled "Green Magic: Evergreen" on their own independent Green Gang Records.
