In 2002, found themselves at the Conservatory of Lviv, Ukraine together seven men to pursue a common passion: Gregorian choir. After the program the choir consisted initially of pure Gregorian chant of the early Middle Ages, took place soon became a musical development that Gregorianika makes today so special. Besides typical unanimous chorales, the program was expanded to include polyphonic pieces that document the precision and powerful voices of the choir impressively. Bridging the stylistic influences from the Middle Ages to the present day succeed to the choir with the performance of his own compositions. These show how Gregorian chant may sound today - authentic and modern. Gregorianika shows uniquely musical diversity and enormous vocal power. On the flute accompany the choir members their own deeply spiritual songs and turn them into an unparalleled listening experience. Especially the simple presentation in conjunction with the mystical atmosphere transports the listener to a bygone age.
